Oracle Ebs Order Management Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6 months

Experience Required: 10+ years of relevant Oracle EBS experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle EBS Order Management (OM)
• Lead and support end-to-end Order Management processes, including:
• Order Entry
• Order Booking
• Pricing
• Shipping
• Invoicing
• Returns (RMA)
• Configure, maintain, and optimize:
• Order Types
• Line Types
• Pricing setup and modifiers
• Shipping Networks
• Design, manage, and troubleshoot workflow processes for order and line flows.
• Investigate and resolve Order Management issues that impact the order lifecycle.
• Supply Chain & Financial Integration
• Provide strong integration support across Oracle EBS modules, including:
• Inventory (INV)
• Shipping Execution (WSH)
• Advanced Pricing (QP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Understand and manage cross-module data flows and transaction dependencies.
• Ensure seamless integration between OM and upstream/downstream supply chain processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Oracle Advanced Pricing
• Shipping Execution
• Inventory and AR integrations
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex order processing issues.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
