Paralegal

Following a recent acquisition, we are seeking a temporary, contract-experienced Paralegal to support a one-time contract cleanup and consolidation effort. This role will focus on organizing legacy agreements and abstracting key contract terms into a standardized tracking spreadsheet. This position is execution-focused and does not involve contract drafting, negotiation, or legal advice. Pay $43/hr 30-90 day contract role REMOTE Paralegal Key Responsibilities Gather client and vendor agreements from multiple internal sources Create and implement a standardized digital folder structure aligned with existing contract storage Save, name, and organize contracts consistently Review client agreements and extract key terms using a provided abstraction template (e.g., term, renewal, termination, pricing, governing law) Flag missing documents or unclear provisions for follow-up (no legal interpretation required) Ensure completeness, accuracy, and organization of contract files Locate agreements from multiple sources Create a standardized folder structure Save and name documents consistently Contract abstraction Review client agreements Extract key terms into a template spreadsheet (renewals, term, pricing, termination, governing law, etc.) Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a paralegal with significant exposure to contracts Strong familiarity with contract abstraction and document management Experience supporting in-house legal teams or corporate environments preferred Comfortable working independently on volume-based projects High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and document management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
