You’ll manage software requirements, evaluate software and associated deliverables, drive modernization strategies, and guide development teams toward secure and scalable solutions. You’ll lead working groups, evaluate technology options, and deliver recommendations to government decision-makers.You’ll collaborate with software developers, cyber engineers, SATCOM operators, systems engineers, and acquisition leads to ensure the software remains aligned with mission needs and integrates effectively with the broader SATCOM enterprise.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 7+ years of experience in software engineering5+ years of experience with SATCOM, space systems, ground systems, or C2 softwareExperience developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs), service decompositions, and API definitionsExperience designing cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience developing and defining software technical baseline artifacts, including code, documentation, and automated build and test assetsExperience working in Agile environments or SAFeExperience performing requirements development and decomposition Knowledge of zero trust principles and cybersecurity frameworks such as RMFSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in CS or EngineeringNice If You Have: Experience developing system or software architectures using UML, SysML, DoDAF, UPDM, or UAFExperience with the Software Acquisition PathwayExperience supporting MILSATCOM programs, Protected Tactical SATCOM (PTS), or DoD systemsExperience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Sparx EAExperience integrating AI/ML or automation into enterprise software systemsKnowledge of acquisition processes, technical baselines, configuration control, and systems integrationAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiencesTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
