Loan Operations Manager

East West Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Unit Manager to lead a team of about 10 associates responsible for loan closing and funding, pre-closing due diligence, onboarding, and post-closing monitoring. The role partners with Credit, Relationship Management, Treasury, Finance, Technology, and other units to drive efficiency and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing operational change, data-driven decision making, and improving KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
