- Lead structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry)
- Supervise/mentorjunior staff
- Afterperforming advanced structural analyses, present findings in clear,comprehensive reports
- Assistwith the production of a project when needed
- Ensuredelivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and projectobjectives
- Ensureseamless project integration and promote efficiencies through closecollaboration with cross-functional teams
- Assistwith the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineeringactivities within the team
- Assistwith business development
- Bachelor'sdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Mastersdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) ispreferred, but not required
- PELicense
- 10+ yearsof relevant experience
- Experienceutilizing structural design and drafting software packages
- Proficientin Autodesk Revit
