Job Description
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Des Moines team!

Responsibilities:

Lead structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry)
Supervise/mentorjunior staff
Afterperforming advanced structural analyses, present findings in clear,comprehensive reports
Assistwith the production of a project when needed
Ensuredelivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and projectobjectives
Ensureseamless project integration and promote efficiencies through closecollaboration with cross-functional teams
Assistwith the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineeringactivities within the team
Assistwith business development

Requirements:

Bachelor'sdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Mastersdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) ispreferred, but not required
PELicense
10+ yearsof relevant experience
Experienceutilizing structural design and drafting software packages
Proficientin Autodesk Revit

Salary is commensurate with experience.
