Treasury Sales Officer II - Global Commercial Banking - Middle Market

Responsibilities Responsible for actively pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Middle Market firms with corporate revenues of $100 million to $2 billion. Clients include U.S. and globally-headquartered firms across the state of Georgia. Partner with Relationship Bankers, GPS Product Specialists, and other enterprise teams to develop and deliver customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives. Act as the digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real‑time payments adoption. Manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client‑centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning. Actively participate (and sometimes lead) in the Client Management Process (CMP) focused on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through thoughtful identification of client needs. Accountable for revenue/product growth, client‑calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and leading client‑facing treasury presentations. Identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on client‑focused cost/benefit analysis and bank‑focused profitability analysis. Lead all pricing and client negotiation discussions with the client for all treasury products to optimize relationship profitability and YoY revenue growth for the portfolio. Maintain a strong client focus while understanding the operational aspects of the bank. Coaches and mentors Treasury Analysts and works with Servicing and Implementation teams to support client needs and deliver solutions. Required Qualifications 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time in normal environments. Successful track record in treasury management sales. Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends. Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proven negotiation and active listening skills. Strong executive presence. Adept at critical and strategic thinking and problem resolution. Strong business/financial acumen. Ability to maneuver through the enterprise, engage partners, and rise as needed. Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team. Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining high client satisfaction. Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a close team member in a fast‑paced environment. Effectively manages risk while balancing client, team, and bank needs. Desired Skills B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree. Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent. MBA or equivalent International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience.
