TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (TRAVEL LPN) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 2:45 PM 11:15 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures and safety protocols
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatment goals
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $36.33 - $42.38 per hour
