PCU/Tele RN | Guam Regional Medical City – Dededo, GU

Location: 133 Route 3, Dededo, GU 96929
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour

Guam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced PCU/Tele RNs to join its progressive care unit in Dededo, Guam. This unit primarily functions as a telemetry unit but provides a level of care equivalent to PCU.

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Telemetry setting
• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and respond to critical changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Float to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed

Experience: 2+ years in a PCU or Telemetry setting (3-5 years preferred)
Certifications Required:

• Compact or Guam RN License (must be in hand at the time of submission)
• ACLS
• BCLS

First-time Travelers: Not accepted
Floating: Required to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed
On-Call Requirement: No

Pay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/hour
Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week
Charge Nurse Pay: Additional $5.00/hour
On-Call Pay: $10.00/hour
Call Back Pay: 1.5x
Holiday Pay: 1.5x (Observed holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day)

Local Candidates: Not specified
RTO Policy:

• Max of 3 consecutive days per two weeks
• Max of 7 total days per contract
• All RTO must be submitted before contract signing

Vaccination Requirements:
