Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview As part of our Inside Sales team, you will support our internal team by providing a premium customer experience. You demonstrate this through responsive ownership, knowledge of customer needs, and by processing orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Exceed customer expectations through accuracy and expediency Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines Increase your knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal Oversee the entire order process, including cancellations Pro‑actively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customers receive items when needed Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role Microsoft Office Suite experience required WebEx experience preferred ERP system experience preferred Benefits Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880 Compensation includes base pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program.
