Responsibilities Workflow Management: Manage high-volume daily operations using routing, order management, and logistics platforms. Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact via email and chat tools to coordinate effectively with team members and third-party partners. Data & Reporting: Utilize Excel to track metrics, manage documentation, and ensure data accuracy with sharp attention to detail. Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational bottlenecks and delivery issues in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion, based in the Atlanta area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, allowing a mix of remote and on‑site work. Required Skills 2–4+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a similar field Hands‑on experience in delivery/logistics operations and routing Proficiency with routing, order management, and delivery systems. Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables Proven ability to manage and execute high-volume operational workflows. Strong critical thinking skills to resolve real-time logistics and routing challenges. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in fast‑paced environments.
