Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start‑up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office. What you bring on day one: 5-10 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably in fintech or a tech start‑up environment. 1-2 years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox AI, Granola, Claude, etc.) Foundational recruiter experience a plus Highly motivated to learn and grow in your career. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment. What you will own: Source and screen candidates; act as the primary point of contact for candidates. Schedule interviews at every stage and provide timely updates as they move through the process. Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse. Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers on new search set up and needs.
