Back Plant Operator

About the Role As a Back Plant Operator , you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld's industrial disposal process. Position Responsibilities Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks Safely perform lock‑out/tag‑out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations Position Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid driver's license Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule Physical Demands of the Role Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb Ability to lift/carry 50lbs Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces Qualify to wear a full-face respirator Consistently work in various weather conditions Hourly rate: $29.12. For additional information, refer to the Pay Transparency section below. Pay Transparency Pay range for the primary location of this position is: $50,669.00 - $69,683.00. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
