IT Solutions Delivery Lead

The IT Solution Delivery Manager, Order to Cash, leads business analysts and developers in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions that support customer creation, order management, and revenue recognition. The role encompasses managing and coaching BAs through all project phases, ensuring developers deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices, providing oversight of custom capabilities, aligning with enterprise applications, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes from customer setup through order fulfillment to revenue recognition. Responsibilities Manage a team of architects and supervisors through defining a roadmap, creating strategy, and implementing solutions. Design, implement, test, and deploy necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices. Manage the selection of enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize flexibility, viability, and time to market. Establish programming standards and program documentation requirements. Review the current status of services and recommend improvements. Define and govern middleware and integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies throughout the lifecycle. Ensure effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and consolidation of disparate solutions to reduce technology spend. Provide proactive technical oversight and mentorship for integration services architecture and development teams, fostering reuse, scalability, stability, and operational efficiency. Manage external resources against SLA and operational metrics. Qualifications University degree required (Bachelor’s) or equivalent relevant work experience. Budget management: project and present annual operating and capital budgets in departmental budgeting processes. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range: $155,760.00 – $214,170.00.
