Vernon, Illinois. Practice at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility!Requirements:Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) ProgramNPs must hold Acute Care certificationACNP or PA Must have experience post educationAbility to obtain PA/NP licensure in IllinoisTeam player and collaborativeOpportunity:Nocturnist position working 7p-7a on a 7on/7off schedule (Tuesday to Tuesday) providing coverage in 16-bed CCUThe primary focus of this position will be assisting in providing high-quality care to critical care patients including patient admissions and consults as well as seeing post-op surgical patientsOn average, two patient admissions per nightProcedural experience in performing central and arterial lines as well as intubation highly desired; willing to train the right candidateOn-the-job training paired with a collaborating physician for supportPay Transparency:SSM Health values the unique contributions each team member brings to our organization.
