Float Team Member – Multi-Office Oral Surgery Practice | Full-time | Kentuckiana Oral Maxillofacial and Dental Implant Surgery

We are seeking a flexible, dependable, and patient-focused Float Team Member to support our growing oral surgery practice across  all four office locations . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while supporting multiple teams.

Position Overview:
As a Float Team Member, you will travel between our four practice locations to provide coverage and support where needed. This position plays a vital role in maintaining seamless operations by assisting with front office responsibilities, patient flow, scheduling, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned. From preoperative tasks to maintaining sterile environments, your expertise ensures smooth operations. Engage in strategic discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and handle advanced equipment with finesse. Dive into the heart of dental care, obtaining vital radiographs and crafting detailed patient narratives. Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent 
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial.
• DAANCE certification is desirable.
• Licensed dental assistant status is preferred.
• Radiology certification is a plus.
