Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Originator at Lower Mortgage in Lexington, KY, allowing for some remote work. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for pre-underwriting, loan origination, mortgage lending, and managing loans on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Pre-Underwriting and Loan Origination skills Experience in Mortgage Lending and Finance Strong understanding of loan processes and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Lower
