About Head Case KC
We’re not your average salon & spa, and we’re not looking for your average front desk support. Head Case Hair Studio KC is a sustainable, high-vibe salon and spa dedicated to providing our guests with a mindful, elevated beauty experience. From the moment someone walks in our doors, we believe in making them feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Our Salon Coordinator is the face and energy of our space by welcoming guests, setting the tone, and helping create an environment where our clients and team can thrive.

Your Day-to-Day

Greet guests with authenticity and enthusiasm
Manage appointments, salon pro schedules, and waitlists using our booking system
Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, including retail sales and rebooking
Keep our space tidy, stocked, and flowing beautifully
Collaborate with the team to deliver a cohesive, elevated guest experience
Handle intake and consent forms in accordance with our protocols

What We're Looking For

1+ years of salon front desk experience
Open availability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based environment
Tech-savvy with social media, scheduling systems, and POS software (we’ll train the right person)
Warm, professional presence with a passion for people and a positive attitude
Alignment with our mission of sustainability, wellness, and conscious beauty
