Mission 

Sela Public Charter School (Sela PCS) offers children of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds in the District of Columbia, from Pre-K to 5 th grade, the opportunity to achieve academic excellence in a safe, nurturing environment that focuses on Hebrew language immersion, promotes the value of diversity and provides the skills for taking action in the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with students with disabilities
• Understand and implement the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Create a positive relationship with the student and their family
• Participate in recess, snack and other activities daily
• Respond to feedback in a constructive way

Compensation  

The annual salary for this position is $37,471. Sela PCS offers medical, dental and vision benefits to dedicated aides.
