This Registered Nurse position is a full-time role within our Medical/Telemetry Unit , featuring a convenient daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits. We seek a proactive Medical/Telemetry Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing safe and compassionate care in a medical/telemetry setting. The principles of Patient-Centered Care will underpin all nursing activities, and adherence to Service Excellence standards is expected at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients and their families to assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diverse needs.
• Develop and execute care plans utilizing nursing expertise, integrating both direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities.
• Facilitate the interdisciplinary care plan for assigned patients, establishing goals, treatment strategies, and discharge plans tailored to individual patient and family requirements.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Possession of a current nursing license in Nevada.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• A minimum of one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care environment.
