Medical Office Specialist

Job Summary Medical Office Specialist Pay Hourly Wage Estimate: $15.86–$22.99 per hour. Key Responsibilities Manage all front office functions including patient relations, check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones. Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information. Assist with collecting and recording co‑pays (cash and/or charge) and balancing the day in the computer. Qualifications One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred. Experience using an EHR system highly preferred.
