Moraine Court Supportive Living Bridgeview, IL Dietary Aide – Full-Time Schedule: 2 weekdays and every other weekend Join Our Team! Moraine Court Supportive Living is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. In this role, you will help prepare and serve nutritious meals while creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. If you enjoy working with older adults and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation, plating, and food service Serve meals according to resident dietary needs and preferences Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean kitchen environment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies Support inventory management and notify supervisors of supply needs Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and visitors Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in a senior living, assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare setting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience serving individuals with specialized dietary needs What You'll Bring A positive, resident-focused attitude Excellent organizational and time management skills Dependability and strong work ethic Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality service Passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults Why Join Moraine Court Supportive Living?
