Shipping Clerk - Now Hiring

Are you meticulous with documentation and ready to manage outbound shipments? Become a shipping clerk and secure immediate weekly pay with a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in distribution centers, allowing you to apply your administrative skills to manage carrier compliance and export documentation when it fits your availability.

Your responsibilities:

- Carrier coordination: prepare shipments for dispatch, coordinating pickups with various freight carriers (e.g., fedex, ups, ltl) and ensuring proper scheduling.
- Documentation management: accurately generate and process all necessary outbound documentation, including bills of lading (bols), shipping manifests, and export paperwork.
- System processing: accurately input shipping data into the warehouse management system (wms) or carrier-specific software to generate tracking labels and final freight bills.
- Quality assurance: perform final checks on packed orders, ensuring correct contents, labeling, and secure packaging according to carrier standards.
- Labeling and staging: apply accurate shipping labels and stage finished goods in the correct outbound lane for prompt pickup.

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
• Using inventory management software

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
