About the Position: WORK LOCATION: POPLARVILLE COMMUNITY HOMES, 1501 South Shivers St., Poplarville MS 39570 TITLE/PAY: Support Care Professional Team Lead $31,744.97 Annually ($15.26 per hour) SCHEDULE/SHIFTS: 2nd shift: 2:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. Plus 10% Shift Differential ($16.79) RESPONSIBILITIES: This is semi-skilled level work in the care and supervision of clients at a state mental health facility. First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises and works on the floor with direct care staff.
