Salario: $11.00 por horaTurno: Lunes a viernes de 8:30am a 5:00pm, disponible a trabajar horas extras y fines de semana, según sea necesario.¿Por qué aplicar para ser Administrative Assistant I?

¿Cómo es un día típico como  Assistant Occupancy and Collection Specialist ?

• Asistir al Gerente del Proyecto con tareas administrativas de recertificación, ajustes de renta, orientación a nuevos residentes y entrevistas a solicitantes.
• Realizar tareas generales de oficina.
• Brindar excelente servicio y apoyo a residentes y solicitantes.
• Gestionar fechas límites y trabajar bajo presión con supervisión mínima.

Serás un(a) candidato(a) ideal si:

• Cursaste estudios secretariales o comerciales, o posees créditos universitarios o en áreas relacionadas.
• Preferiblemente tienes la certificación de Occupancy Specialist (no imprescindible).
• Tienes dominio intermedio oral y escrito de inglés y español.
• Manejas programas de Office y Windows.
• Tienes habilidades matemáticas básicas (suma, resta, multiplicación, división, por ciento).
• Posees excelentes destrezas interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
• Eres capaz de cumplir con fechas límites y trabajar bajo presión.
• Tienes experiencia administrativa y clerical.
• Puedes trabajar individualmente y como parte de un equipo.
• Estás disponible para laborar horas extras, fines de semana y en diferentes localidades del área metro y Caguas.
