Job Details

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care
• Employment Type: Travel CNA
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,130 - $1,210
• Start Date: September 16, 2026
• End Date: January 13, 2027
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Shift Options: Day and evening coverage, including 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Charting: Paper charting with facility documentation processes
• Orientation: 3 shifts with a preceptor
• Location: Berlin, New Hampshire 03570

Job Requirements

• Active CNA certification and New Hampshire licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF required
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Prior travel nurse aide experience preferred, though first-time travelers are welcome
• Ability to work flexible scheduling and assist with staffing needs
• Must be comfortable floating between units/floors as needed
• Professional appearance and adherence to facility dress code standards

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and peri care
• Support meal service, feeding assistance, and resident hydration
• Provide frequent rounding and respond to resident needs in a timely, compassionate manner
• Assist residents with transportation to activities and appointments
• Help with bedtime routines and comfort-focused care
• Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, case management, and support teams
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and organized care environment
• Assist with resident care needs across multiple floors as assigned
