Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives for one of our valued clients. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your customer service career.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and offer services
Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and service-related issues
Accurately document customer interactions and account activity
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong customer service mindset

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts may be available
Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on business needs
