School Bus Driver Department : Transportation Hiring Hourly Rate : $24.41 – $29.29 Schedule : Multiple positions are currently available, including several 0.75 FTE positions (30 hours per week) and one 0.50 FTE position (20 hours per week). We’ll pay for your training and testing Signing Bonus $2,000 – Full-time, with CDL Class BP2 and all endorsements $1,500 – Full-time, Class B with Airbrake, no passenger endorsement $1,000 – Full-time, needs CDL $500 – Part-time, already licensed End-of-Year Bonus: 5% of your total wages paid in June Full-time employees also receive Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 20–22% PERA retirement contribution Paid holidays & leave Tuition reimbursement & free Colorado Mountain College (CMC) credits What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and activities Operate school buses in all weather conditions, including mountain driving Perform pre-trip inspections, light maintenance, and daily cleaning Communicate with students, families, and staff in a respectful and professional manner Stay current on certifications, testing, and licensing requirements What You’ll Bring A valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Willingness to complete our 80-hour CDL training program Strong communication skills and sound judgment Commitment to student safety and well-being Preferred but not required Fluency in Spanish CDL Class B with passenger and school bus endorsements #J-18808-Ljbffr
