Mechanical Design Engineer

Pay Range: $58hr - $63hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Very good experience in onsite-offshore coordination.
• Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations.
• Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems.
• Experience in reverse engineering can be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SEMI (S2, S8) standards/Semiconductor domain experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry.
• Design vacuum systems.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.).
• Work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization.
• Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills and verbal communication.
