Customer Service & Operations Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an organization who is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced banking environment. This role blends client-facing support with back-end operational responsibilities, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining compliance and accuracy across daily banking functions. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related inquiries while also supporting internal banking processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Assist customers with:
• Account maintenance and updates
• Online banking access and troubleshooting
• Debit/credit card issues and general account questions
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Process routine banking transactions and requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Maintain and update customer records and documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Follow strict verification, authentication, and compliance protocols on all interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
• Support operational functions such as account reconciliation, reporting, and system updates
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service
• Previous experience in a call center, Branch, or banking operations environment preferred
• Strong understanding of banking products (checking, savings, online banking, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling escalated customer concerns

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
