Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Perform analytical chemistry and microbiological testing to support enzyme production for diverse industrial applications* Prepare chemical reagents and microbiological media following standardized lab procedures* Manage and track samples, ensuring proper identification, storage, and documentation* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as pH meters, auto analyzers, HPLCs, autoclaves, and pipettes* Ensure accuracy and integrity of test data through proper documentation and data entry* Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and escalating issues as needed* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory efficiency efforts* Assist in managing and executing special projects and quality programs**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field OR 3–5 years of experience in a quality or production laboratory* Hands-on experience with analytical and microbiological testing techniques* Familiarity with aseptic techniques and general laboratory safety practices* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting* Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain compliance with quality standards* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot lab equipment and processes**How You Would Stand Out*** Experience working with enzyme production or industrial biotechnology processes* Familiarity with HPLC or advanced analytical instrumentation* Experience supporting audits or working in regulated environments**Why Choose Us?*** Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge laboratory environment supporting innovative industrial solutions* Collaborative and team-oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvement* Career growth opportunities within a global organization* Exposure to advanced analytical technologies and methodologies* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
