We are currently seeking a SAP Basis L3 Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Lead end-to-end SAP BASIS operations across on-premise and SAP RISE landscapes, overseeing service delivery, incident and change management, project coordination, and knowledge transfer. Supported key transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP OpenText migrations, while managing SAP patching and maintenance activities to enhance system performance and security. Executed SAP S/4HANA readiness assessments, Simplification Item (SI) Checks, ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) analysis, Support Package upgrades, and SAP BW NetWeaver upgrades to support successful project delivery. Administered AWS-hosted SAP environments, including application and database server builds, Tricentis test automation tool provisioning, SAP Single Sign-On (SLS) configuration, SAP Cloud ALM monitoring, SAP Datasphere transport management, and SAP BTP administration across system landscapes. Managing SAP Solution Manager ChaRM cycles and categorization schemas while handling incidents and service requests within SLA targets and proactively resolving change management issues. Led critical disaster recovery (DC-DR) switchovers by coordinating cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution with minimal business disruption. Optimized SAP HANA database performance through table partitioning, thread analysis, and Out-of-Memory (OOM) dump analysis to improve system efficiency and scalability. Preparing governance reports and stakeholder presentations while supporting operational excellence, driving issue resolution, and leading continuous process improvement initiatives
