Security Analyst/Project Manager Hybrid RoleMinimum Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or combined PM/BA role. • Experience managing enterprise security projects in complex organizations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms Log management and security monitoring solutions Enterprise security implementations and technology rollouts • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, project plans, and status reporting. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Preferred Qualifications • Experience with QRadar SIEM or SIEM migration/implementation projects. • Experience with Trellix and/or CrowdStrike security platforms. • Experience supporting security operations, monitoring, logging, or cybersecurity initiatives.Key Success Factors Proactive Sr. BSA/PM hybrid resource to lead and coordinate two who can quickly navigate a complex security environment, work closely with technical and business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of key security initiatives within an aggressive timeline.Malware Protection Platform Migration, mid-November1.
