Job Title: VMWare Administrator
Location: Saint Louis, MO

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: 100K-120K/Year

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end-to-end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome-based end-user experience (EUX) management.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations

Strong experience with:
• VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments
• Windows OS administration and image management
• ITIL-based processes experience
• Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations

o VMware Horizon (Core)
o VMware vSphere / ESXi
o VMware Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM)
o VMware App Volumes (Critical)
o MSIX App Attach / MSIX Packaging Tool
o vCenter Server
o Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDSH)
o Golden Image Management
o VMware Instant Clones / Linked Clones
o Image Automation Tools
o Microsoft WSUS / MECM (SCCM)
o EUX Monitoring (ControlUp or similar)
o utomation & Scripting (Powershell, Python...)
