We have one opening for an off shift Cut Off Operator

The Cut-Off Operator is responsible for cutting materials for sales orders/ work orders.  Performs general labor and distributes material to the appropriate location.  This position will train on first shift but can remain on first or transition to off shift.  

As a Cut-Off Operator at Regal Rexnord your focus will be to:

• Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
• Move completed material to next workstation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Experience : entry level willing to train

Specific Skills & Knowledge :

• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.

• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills. 

• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers.  Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.

• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
