Facility Maintenance Technician

HVAC TechnicianRequired skills and experience: 2+ years of HVAC repair and preventative maintenance experience, 3+ years of maintenance experience in facilities, general maintenance, construction, or related trades, experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.Nice to have skills and experience: HVAC certification or HVAC license, Associate Degree (AAS) in HVAC, Controls, Mechanical Technology, or related field, HVAC controls experience, experience with CMMS/EAMS systems.Job description: Perform preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled PMs, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, agitators, and building systems, respond to facility work orders and emergency maintenance requests, support building automation and control systems, utilize CMMS to manage activities and document work, work with contractors, engineers, project managers, and facility leadership, provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.
