We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential . We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential . You'll receive complete training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed-no prior sales or insurance experience required. What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients who have shown interest in our services
- Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand their needs and goals
- Recommend solutions tailored to their situation and budget
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
