Marketing Associate 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Market Associate 

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $70,304

Work Location: Livermore 

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide administrative support to the director or marketing.

· Attend and assist public events and engagements

· Assist in designing, editing, and produce digital media assets

· Communicate with external agencies and advertising partners

· Assist in logistical planning and execution of corporate events 

· Assist with digital advertising campaigns and performance metrics.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

· Ability to travel and work in an office environment.

· Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to list and/or carry up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull, bend multiple times a day.

· Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity.

QUALIFICATIONS

· ?+?years of marketing experience required. 

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.

· Knowledge of digital image creation, graphic design, and video editing software

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· High numerical aptitude.

· MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

· Detail-oriented

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
