Job Description:
StoreRight Self Storage is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Relief Manager to join our team in
Ruskin, FL. As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a professional who is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing various facility operations. Average hours per week: 20.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including processing rentals, taking payments, and managing the front office.- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure units are secure and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.- Assist with the upkeep of marketing and customer relationship management efforts.- Monitor and update store inventory, supplies, and equipment as necessary.- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.- Collaborate with the management team to support and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience are a plus.- Previous experience in customer service or management roles preferred.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.- Flexible availability, including Saturday, is desired.
