This will include:Working on the night shift from 10:45 pm to 7:00 amProviding medical and psychiatric nursing care to patientsDelivering a full range of nursing services - including conducting daily sick call; evaluating / triaging patient health complaints; examining patients; determining medical and psychiatric needs; interpreting, recording and reporting conditions of significance to the treatment team; and dispensing medications according to Physician ordersDocumenting patient encounters and changes in patient mental health statusActively participating in interdisciplinary treatment team planning meetingsCollaborating with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, RNs, LCSWs, LMFTs and other ancillary clinicians and security staffIntervening in crisis situations when patients exhibit acute psychiatric symptomsLiberty offers RNs $67.00 per hour (which includes a shift differential).You have the option to work per diem, part time or full time.
