Physical Therapist (Home Health) in Dickinson, North Dakota. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a home health setting. Job Details:

• Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
• Specialty: Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; no weekends or holidays off
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification; North Dakota Physical Therapy License; minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; current drivers license and auto insurance.
• Preferred Qualifications: Home Health experience and OASIS training.
• Additional Information: There is a short orientation period of 1-2 weeks working with a preceptor. The department encompasses primarily home health cases, with occasional safety evaluations or teaching in hospice situations. Scrubs should be in black, navy blue, or grey. Cases involve regular patient visits, with a typical workload of 5-6 visits per day, possibly including admissions.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Notes: No clinical involvement requiring manager interview only; no PTA staff; assignments can be canceled up to 4 shifts per 13-week period.
