Accounting AdminLingo Staffing is now hiring an Accounting Admin in Middle River, MD to start ASAP!Accounting Admin – Support daily accounting, billing, and payment operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing high-volume administrative and accounting tasks.Pay & Schedule:$17.50 – $18.50 Hourly (Based on Experience)Monday-Friday – 8:30 AM-5:00 PMJob Responsibilities & Requirements:Review daily driver paperwork to ensure all orders and required documentation are accounted for.Must have 2 years of administrative, accounting, billing, or office experience preferred.Accurately enter and process driver pay information.Distribute invoices, pay reports, and support documentation to customers and delivery partners.Upload invoices and supporting documents into customer billing portals.Copy, scan, sort, organize, and maintain driver paperwork.Associate's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.Must have 1-3 years of accounting or related administrative experience.Previous billing or invoicing experience.Experience with Microsoft Great Plains.Experience with TMW or similar order management systems.Previous logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse industry experience.Process outgoing checks, mail, and packages.Maintain accurate and current contractor insurance certificates.File check remittances and other accounting documentation.Maintain organized and audit-ready electronic and physical filing systems.Assist with daily billing and payment-related activities.Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, operations personnel, and internal departments.Research and help resolve billing, documentation, and day-to-day accounting discrepancies.Handle confidential financial and business information appropriately.Complete additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas.Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to accurately manage repetitive and high-volume tasks.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Regular use of computers, scanners, copiers, phones, and other standard office equipment.Frequent communication with customers, drivers, operations teams, and leadership.Ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communication.Ability to work independently while collaborating with accounting and operations teams.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Apply today & Call our office for an interview!Job Id: 30313
