Associate Manager

About the Position The Associate Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store. This includes sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding the assets of the store. The Associate Manager will manage a store‑specific division of responsibility. Key Responsibilities Deliver results by achieving and exceeding daily sales goals using KPI metrics. Utilize company training tools and digital platforms to drive sales. Provide feedback to Store Manager to support the creation of clear action plans that optimize financial results. Ensure client experience and store culture align with Lilly Pulitzer values. Resolve client‑related issues or escalations as necessary. Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results. Communicate company emails, initiatives, and announcements to the store team. Provide in‑the‑moment coaching with clear, concise, actionable feedback. Maintain accurate cash transaction management and visual/operational standards. Safeguard store assets. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft and Apple technology. Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus. Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Benefits Full‑time, non‑exempt, hourly position; average 40‑hour week with overtime eligibility. Standard company benefits apply.
