Food Service Associate
Meriwether Godsey is seeking full-time food service associates at a coeducational, independent preparatory boarding school for grades 9-12 on 2,500 beautiful acres in Andover, New Hampshire.
Full-time (2 snack bar roles and 1 pantry role) Various shifts available- mainly day hours 1 available shift is set at T-Sat. 11:45 am- 8:15 pm $18- $19 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Transport food and supplies to the cafeteria: assist in the set-up, maintenance, breakdown of the cafeteria, food serving, and beverage areas.
- Serves and replenishes food from food counters and steam tables.
- Keep dining room areas and assigned kitchen areas neat and organized
- Clean and sanitize work areas, dining tables, chairs, and equipment throughout and after meal periods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of other kitchen areas by following daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Inspects workstations for compliance with service standards.
- Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and good organizational skills
- Flexibility: ability to switch between locations and job duties
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation
