What You’ll Do Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event diagrams and specifications Move tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment with care and efficiency Ensure all event spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready Collaborate with banquet servers, culinary, and event managers to execute flawless functions Respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and a can-do attitude Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and report any maintenance needs Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment What You Bring Previous experience in hospitality or event setup preferred (but not required) Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items safely Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Attention to detail and pride in presentation Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays A positive attitude and readiness to jump in wherever needed Benefits and Perks Donohoe Hospitality Services is pleased to offer employees a comprehensive Benefits Package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, leaves of absence, retirement plans, paid time off, and hotel room discounts.
