Guest Services Team Members play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for every guest. Team members interact directly with guests and may be trained to work in several customer-focused areas throughout the park, including Admissions, Retail, Arcade, Pit Stop, and other Guest Services locations.

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age.

Position Summary

Guest Services Team Members play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for every guest.

Team members interact directly with guests and may be trained to work in several customer-focused areas throughout the park, including Admissions, Retail, Arcade, Pit Stop, and other Guest Services locations.

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and enthusiastic customer service to all guests.
• Work in various Guest Services locations, including Admissions, Retail, Arcade, Pit Stop, and other assigned areas.
• Welcome guests and assist with questions, directions, park information, and general concerns.
• Provide guests with an upbeat and positive experience throughout their visit.
• Inform guests of current park events, promotions, products, and available services.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and perform cash-handling functions accurately.
• Process purchases and other guest transactions according to established procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready work areas.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and supervisory instructions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, other team members, and guests.
• Assist other Guest Services locations or operational areas as assigned based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Ability to interact appropriately with guests of all ages.
• Basic math skills as they relate to cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to learn and accurately operate Point-of-Sale systems and other assigned equipment.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to remain professional and guest-focused in a busy environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and select weekdays, based on park operating needs.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 15 years old.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Team members must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Lift, carry, push, or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction.
• Work in areas that may include loud noises, music, crowds, and flashing lights.
• Work both indoors and outdoors as assigned.
• Tolerate varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and changing temperatures.
• Perform repetitive tasks associated with cash handling, Point-of-Sale systems, stocking, and maintaining assigned work areas.

Scheduling & Seasonal Operations

This is a part-time, seasonal position. Work schedules and daily hours are based on park operating needs and are subject to change throughout the season due to guest attendance, weather, special events, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Team members should understand that seasonal employment does not guarantee a specific number of hours or a set schedule.
