Are you a tech-savvy person who loves cars and technology? Cadillac of Englewood Cliffs is looking for a Product Genius to join our team! You will help customers get the most out of their Cadillac by waling them through vehicle technology, features, and everything their new vehicle has to offer. If you're knowledgeable about technology, great with people, and ready to join the Cadillac team - we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate ins and outs of vehicle to customers
• Expert in all facets of vehicle information and features
• Assist sales department in sales process
• Provide customers with all vehicle information required by manufacturers
• Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
• Ensure all vehicles have fuel, require stickers/buyers guide and are in good condition
• Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum
• Ensure inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information
• Help salespeople close deals when necessary 
• Maintains professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Fantastic communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
