We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our bustling full-service casual dining establishment in Birmingham. You will oversee our front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive operational excellence, and create the memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. What You'll Do

Direct daily restaurant operations and lead kitchen and service teams
Manage P&L, labor scheduling, and food cost controls
Uphold quality standards and maintain consistent guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing restaurant staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

What We're Looking For

Three or more years managing full-service, high-volume restaurants
Expertise in P&L management and labor scheduling
Track record of building and motivating strong teams
Strong problem-solving and guest service mindset
Food handler certification or ability to obtain immediately
