Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Ironworkers in Jacksonville, FL for a shipyard project. Work starts ASAP and will last for approximately 8+ weeks. Pay rate is$32/hr. Schedule isMon-Fri, with occasional Saturdays/Sundays, 60+ hrs/week. Scope of Work Erecting, fitting, aligning, and installing misc. structural steel components around the shipyard Reading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols Laying out, measuring, cutting, fitting, and fabricating steel components Performing structural welding as needed using a variety of welding processes Operating torches, grinders, and other ironworking tools Working safely at heights, in confined spaces, and alongside other trades in a shipyard environment Apply now! Requirements Must have a valid Birth Certificate and Driver’s License. 4+ years of ironworking experience in a shipyard or heavy industrial environment Strong structural fitting and fabrication skills Proficient in all aspects of welding, including Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux Core (FCAW), and oxy-fuel cutting Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols Reliable transportation and ability to work 60+ hours per week, including weekends as needed Trillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
