A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Director of Power Delivery to lead and grow a national portfolio of utility infrastructure projects. This strategic leadership role will oversee transmission, distribution, substation, protection & controls, interconnection, and related power delivery projects while driving operational excellence, team development, client growth, and business performance.
The Director of Power Delivery should have:
- 15+ years of experience within Power Delivery, Utility Infrastructure, or Electrical Engineering consulting environments.
- Strong background supporting transmission, distribution, substation, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and project management teams.
- Demonstrated success managing major utility client relationships and large capital project portfolios.
- Experience with business development, operations management, strategic planning, and team growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
