Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical unit strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficient assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Strong critical thinking and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a Med/Surg setting, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and promptly communicate concerns to medical staff
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Uphold infection prevention protocols and support a safe care environment
